The Faiveley estate wishes to showcase a hidden heritage, currently lost in anonymity and tucked away between vineyards and a county road. This highly constrained site aims to offer an immersive experience that establishes a subtle link between architecture, landscape, and innovation, where each stage is designed to awaken the senses and enrich visitors' understanding of the estate's wines and climates, as well as those of Burgundy. The project's approach is to deconstruct the existing deteriorated building to bring new visibility and identity to the estate. The materials resulting from this action represent a tremendous opportunity for reuse and repurposing, which resonates with the Faiveley family and our work philosophy. The complexity of the project lies in its versatility of services and therefore its spatial and functional articulation. Interior walkways are developed around an atrium, allowing for a clear reading and a coherent flow of distribution. Thus, visitors, whatever their itinerary, are accompanied by the architecture and wander through the estate's different worlds.
